Cliff and Thing... thanks guys for some great times. I know you guys were being very loyal to stay as long as you did... but it is understandable that you are leaving.
Our family started this guild... to simply have a place to gather others and play this game. However, things have changed over the last few months that have dwindled our numbers down to nada. I have been playing every since the beginning in beta... so the family and I decided to take a break... however, we will continue to support anyone that is left. We are trying out Guild Wars... but there are definite short comings to that game as compared to DDO.
I will state that we have not left DDO... simply taken a short break. I have been logging in and out and playing some... but the times I have been on... I have missed everyone or they have joined other parties.
I wish you guys the best that have left... and if you see us online... give us a shout! You will always be welcome in our parties.

Hello to everyone and Happy New Year. I would like to appologize for not saying anything as to why I have not played DDO since last you heard from me. I was burnt out, helping everyone left and right, and not having fun playing. I dont mind helping folks, but I just could not keep up with everyone (in guild or non guild). Another reason why I also left, was at the time, content. Some of you dont know, but I am a disable combat vet, I do have a little more time then the average folks. In saying so, I grouped with a lot of folks, I soloed a lot, and even rerolled many times to keep the game interesting. However when you are at max level, done so many quest too many times, over and over again, it gets old. There were also no crafting, which I like to do at times, a break from adventuring, making things. In WoW and EQ and DAoC and other MMORPGs, they had that. DDO lacked a lot of things for me, I grew up playing D&D/AD&D, and when I heard about DDO coming out, thought this be the game I was waiting for all these years. Honestly, I was/am disappointed with it. However I played it to cover the emptiness of time. At first when I stopped playing, I thought I would take a break from DDO. I am very sorry to everyone, that I left at the time and did not even say anything. Again I was burnt out and just wanted to get away from DDO in all, plus the constant spamming of gold buyers and ads. This morning, I thought I would stop in and read the guild formum, but by the sound of things, I take it, there be no more guild. When I say you, I am referring to everyone in the guild. It saddends me to read and find out guild is going away. Another thing that made me upset was folks leaving left and right back then to join other guilds. Jupiter, you mentioned you/your family is trying out guildwars now, I use to play that game when it frist came out but got burnt out in that game as well. If you like and I would really be happy, I can give you some things and try to help since you all are starting out. Not sure if your still in pre sear or not. In game name for GW is Ravenstorm or Ravenmoon. Look me up, for this week and couple more weeks, I will be logging back onto GuildWars here and there. Hey dont forget to get your new year eve hat on there, extra inventory slots. At the moment I am waiting like many others for Vanguard to come out. Edit, ok reread the forum, guild is taking break. Thought it was disbanding. Well if anyone is or are playing these games, let me know, I can help a little here and there, Rome Victor (same like Guild Wars, no monthly fee), Guild Wars, hmm those the only two games other then DDO I still have active accounts. anyways really thou. Duagrim, I really do miss grouping with you, as well as Jupiter. I will stop in here now and then to read the forum. In mean time thou, i am playing ages of mythology again while waiting for vanguard, and peaking in and out of guildwars also. Again everyone, I appolgize and I am sorry for not informing what was going on. To everyone, Happy New Year!

I have removed Imaginos from the guild just cause well seems me and my alts are the only ones playing at the moment. Arathorne is still in there but I wanted to have at least one toon that I can group with people who are on. I am still there so feel free to look me up though. Anyway I am still loyal to talonclaw but I want to play..although I admit I don't play often. anyway take care and feel free to call on me if you need my help. My other alts are still in Talon so shouldn't be too hard.

Understandable... I actually ran TS the other day with Mystina... he had messaged me when I logged on... It was fun. During the time I ran that and some other quests... I did not see anyone on... however, I did notice some others had just been on.

Well it has been awhile since our family has logged in... at this point... I think we will be moving on to other opportunities in gaming. DDO held a nice spot for us... but we are looking for more... in the sense of adventure and crafting.
WoW never did it for me... too cartoony. Conan or Vanguard may be our answer... but we are not sure.
I will keep this website up and running and I will log in soon on the game to turn over the raines of what is left of our TC guild. It has been a fun run... I want to wish everyone the best.
Regards,
Jupiter
